Join The Parish
To become a registered member of Our Lady of Sorrows, please complete the Online Registration Form or download the Paper Registration Form.
The paper form can be filled in on your computer and printed, or you can print it and fill it out by hand. Once completed, you may bring it to the parish office or drop it in the collection basket at any Mass.
If you have any questions or need assistance completing the registration, please stop by the parish office. The parish office is located along Power Road next to the church. The normal office hours are:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
