Let us come alongside you as you build a firm foundation for your family.
Family Faith Formation (FFF) at Our Lady of Sorrows is a time for families to gather in supportive net of our parish community to encounter Jesus and growing in the teachings of His Church.
Beginning Fall 2025, Family Faith Formation sessions will take place every Sunday immediately following the 9:30am Mass, from 10:40am to 11:20am.
This program is designed for the whole family. After Mass, families will gather in the school building main entrance and then break out into age-specific groups:
-
- Parents will meet in the school cafeteria for fellowship, presentations, small group discussion, and prayer.
- Children ages 12 months through 4 years will be welcomed into a nursery located in the music room, just down the hall from the cafeteria.
- Infants (newborn to 11 months old) should remain with their parents.
- Students in grades K–8 will go to their own classrooms for a fun, prayerful, and age-appropriate experience with trained catechists.
- High School Students will meet in the school library.
Depending on the number of students registered, some grades may be combined—for example, 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th, and 7th & 8th—to allow for a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
Whether your family is just beginning the journey or looking to grow deeper in faith, this program offers a meaningful and supportive way to walk together with Christ.
