Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion – minister the Body and Blood of Christ at Sunday Mass, when needed, and bring the Holy Eucharist to the sick and homebound. Jesus said, "I am the living bread that came down from heaven: whoever eats this bread will live forever, and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world." - Jn 6:51
-
Ministry to the Homebound - We are very grateful for all of you who take special care to be sure that the ill and homebound members of your family receive the Holy Eucharist on a regular basis. This assists the priests in making sure that all of our parishioners have access to the grace of the sacraments. For the sick, the reception of Holy Communion is not only a privilege but also a sign of support and concern shown by the Christian community for its members who are ill.
