Ministry Opportunities
You are invited and welcome to join one or more music ministry programs for parishioners grades 3 – 12 and Adults.
New members for our Adult Programs are welcome and accepted year-round.
Registration for our Children & Youth Music Ministers takes place after Labor Day. Please find the registration below and turn it in via email ([email protected]) or drop it off at the Parish Office.
- The primary function of the pastoral musician is to be rooted in the Gospel and to lead the singing assembly into prayer, through celebration, preparation, evaluation, education, and personal ministry. The music ministry at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish helps enrich the faith life of all those celebrating liturgies and special masses. Our Resurrection Choir helps minister to those grieving the loss of a loved one at funerals.
