Students Preparing for Sacraments but enrolled in another Catholic School

Students who are preparing to receive the Sacraments at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, but attend another Catholic school should contact Mr. Erik Coules, the Director of Family Discipleship, at 248-615-5570 or email him at [email protected] as soon as possible to be sure everything is in order.

If your child, for example, attends the University of Detroit Academy, and is taking a religion class only, but with NO sacramental preparation, the candidate must complete the Sacramental preparation portion of the program at Our Lady of Sorrows. The religion curriculum used at the school you attend will satisfy the academic portion of the program.
