Please download the Registration Form. You can either fill the form in on your computer or print the form and fill it out by hand. Once you complete the form bring it to the parish office or save the completed form and email the form as an attachment to [email protected].

Or if you would rather, please stop by the parish office to register. The parish office is located along Power Road next to the church. The office hours are:

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
